Only on it for three weeks and already notice a difference!!!

All info has been helpful. However, I haven’t had it long enough to know if it is going to work for me. I also don’t know if the fit is right.

When I do get around to using these pants, it taking me a while to get up to the point I'm suppose to get too. But I believe if I was faithful in using it for 5 days a week for 3 months that it would be doing its job. I have been busy lately so when I get home I forget to put them on.

Had issues using the chat feature to ask questions as I wasn’t able to submit my part of conversation. I called the number and once contacted the representative Emma I believe (very gracious with an English or Australian type accent?) was able to throughly answer and walk me through my problem (kit had tags on red/blue cables stating not to remove or couldn’t return so this lead to decreased connectivity) once explained that tags were related to COVID-19 and no longer an issue to go ahead and remove etc, and if had issue then the company would refund or exchange etc) I was on my way to address my health issue

My package arrived as promised! Not used it yet but I will review later, once I begin using it.

I had a question that customer service had to investigate. The woman who helped me took a couple of days but she returned my call and sent me an email with the information I needed. She did a splendid job and I appreciate her help.

I have recently purchased the Innovo product - and highly recommend the customer service team and speedy shipping. It wasn’t plain sailing for me being an odd shape, skinny legs and a large tummy! So the first pair didn’t fit at all! The lovely customer service team sent a different size which arrived within days. All was well but the pants started to wear quite quickly - another email - again the response was quick explaining my shape was probably the cause but recommended another innovo product which wrapped around my legs but would work my pelvic floor. Wonderful - again these arrived quickly and I have to say very comfortable. I can’t thank the team enough for listening and finding an alternative for me - personal and caring - looking after me from day one. Thank you. Naomi Hack
