I had great difficulty using the pants so I phoned and was greeted by a very helpful person, she suggested I tried a smaller size. This was sent out very quickly at no extra cost to myself. Unfortunately these proved again to be unsuitable as I have very slim thighs and bottom. So it was suggested I use the previous innovo which was two separate wraps for my thighs and bottom. These do fit much better and I am just getting used to them has been a bit tricky applying them . But I'm hopeful that with patience I will get better using them But I can't fault the after service, they are extremely helpful and patient

I ordered on Monday and my shipment arrived on Friday. I'm very pleased with the product - I've been using for a week now. My only criticism is I find the instructions a bit vague. I prepare corporate taxes for a living so I know my way around strange instructions. You point out not to use around wireless devices in your Electrical interference page (5). Yet on the web video you demo the product with a model using a device with ear buds. I also wish there was a better way to create connectivity between the electrodes and the skin. The spray is a bit of a hassle not to mention cold when you slide on the shorts. Maybe a gel product would be better? I haven't used the product long enough to see any benefits except that I like the simulation to my hips and buttocks helps my back (like a tens machine). So far I've told (8) of my friends and they are excited to order if this works for me. I have very mild issues occasionally when I sneeze or cough and hadn't voided for awhile. But if I can prevent it from becoming worst its worth every dime!

I love my Innovo this is the best!! It has helped me so much with my bladder and my frequent visits to the restroom. I truly recommend this product.

Customer service at the Innova program it's very helpful and they will walk you through using the product as necessary. Emma was especially helpful to me on the three or four times that I contacted her

The support at Innovo is wonderful! I originally ordered and received pant (7), but I was having difficulties. I contacted support and was asked to send pictures of myself wearing the pants. They determined I needed a smaller size. After receiving the 2nd pants I was still having problems. I once again sent pictures and it was decided I should try a different product. Instead of pants, I was sent 2 piece garment with gel pads. It is a little more complicated to put on, but so far they are working. Both new products were sent with no additional expense to me. I hope this last garment works, because every time I have been successful in achieving a complete session, I can see a positive difference while urination!

I have been using Innovo for only 5 days, and already had noticeable improvement when I've unexpectly coughed or laughed. Looking forward to even ' dryer' results after the reccomened 12 weeks treatment.

It seems to be working. I have only been using it 5 times in a row. The last ten minutes are difficult because i have restless leg syndrome, so leaving my feet and legs in one position is hard but I am so glad that it is making a difference.
