It’s only been about 10 days and I already noticed a big difference. Usually after dinner we go out in the den and watch some tv and I would sneeze very loud and of course I would leak a little. And it would be all downhill from then. After 10 days here is a big difference. I am so grateful for Innovo I will recommend this to all the women I know.

the shorts i have do not have a dotted line on the backside. (see page 15). i can use the picture to hopefully place the pads in the proper location.

There was ease in the ordering process with an added discount which was appreciated. Delivery was timely and the fit perfect. I am unable to provide 5 stars as there has not been enough time to honestly evaluate the effectiveness of the treatments. I have some time to go to see any success.

This product works pretty well (not perfectly, but i have definitely seen some improvement), but I had to switch to the "model" that has 2 separate pieces that wrap around your thighs, since I couldn't get a fit with the shorts (kept getting shocked). My biggest complaint there is that they only sent me a quick start guide to using them, so I didn't have some info I could have used...like you have to replace the pads every 3 months or so (and they aren't cheap). So when mine wore out, I had to figure out how to get more, which wasn't easy because they were backordered and that meant I went a few weeks without being able to use them. The customer service reps were very helpful, but I think they should have had more info about the wrap-around option/product in both the original brochure, and when I actually got the new product, since I've had to call them several times to figure things out. Also, getting the placement right on your legs is very challenging if you don't have a partner to help you.

They do respond fast, I give them credit for that. My Pants were tight so I needed replacement. First guy I spoke to had me re-measure, said would send a larger set, said email was coming. Never happened. 2 days later I called again. She said same. 2 days later I tried to call, got recording. Sent email, she responded fast. This time got results. New pants are here.

It was fine, i purchased this item online the only issue I had was the savings weren't applied to my purchase when i checked out and I had to email company to get charge adjusted/credited. And it was credited as stated in the response email. So far I'm alittle out on all the contacts working but I will give it more time as I did reach out to the company about my concerns...
