Excellent product . I felt the benefits despite not yet completing the recommended 12 weeks. I am in week 6. The equipment is well made and easy to use. I needed to change the size of the pants from 5 to 4. This was very straight forward . Customer service were very helpful. I am so pleased that I tried Innovo

On second pair work great. 80% improvement. Wish you had men’s sizes. Waist to hip measurement more for women than men, especially older men.

Innovo representatives never give up. After my first pair of shorts failed me, a larger pair arrived a few days later. Unfortunately, they too had a bad connection. I’m awaiting a delivery of Gen one Garment Wraps that use gel packs rather than spray in hopes this will solve things once and for all. I know I can ask for assistance any time and get professional advice immediately to find a solution.

I was unable to use the Innovo Shorts, but I would have been very happy if I could! Unfortunately, my hips are wider than their largest size. That said, I am returning my pair for a full refund, and I'm going on a diet ASAP!

Delighted with the shorts. Not completed the Course yet but have seen improvements. Staff most helpful whenever I had queries.

I received my purchase in a timely manner, as I read the instructions it was a little vague as to who can use this. I have a metal hip replacement and quickly realized, I could not use this. I sent it back with the help of a lovely lady at their corporate address. Revived my credit in the same month. Very impressed with the product and customer service. Would have wished for a more direct description in the advertising of eligible ways for this to be used. I was not one of the ones who can us this. Thank you for your help!
