I just spoke with an Innovo representative about an incident with the power to the shorts. She was very patient with me and we were able to temporarily resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor the power situation and try to record specific information which shows on the battery powered screen.

Great customer service, very helpful sorting out the problems I experienced and I am very happy with the outcome

I started using the Innovo shorts (size 5) at the beginning of July 2021. My initial impressions were very good, I thought the instruction manual was clear and couldn’t wait to get started. I was pleased with the box that the Innovo shorts/equipment arrived in and use it to store the spray, connectors, device monitor and battery charger. I hang my shorts in the wardrobe after each session. During week two I had a problem with the electrode connectors and contacted Customer Services. The Advisor was great and talked through possible reasons for the poor connection. She tried to fix the problem over the telephone but when this wasn’t possible, arranged to send out replacement connectors; these arrived just two days later which meant I could recommence the 12 week programme with very little disruption. Excellent service. I have urge incontinence and use Programme 2 which I have followed consistently. After using Innovo for 6 weeks I achieved the top intensity level (70) and could feel the shorts lifting and squeezing my pelvic floor muscles. I also began to notice a small improvement with my ‘urge’ issues. At week 11 another technical problem occurred. My device monitor started to bleep and showed the error message ‘3/7’. I followed the advice in the instruction booklet i.e. removing shorts, disconnecting/reconnecting electrodes etc numerous times but the same error message was displayed so I contacted Customer Services again. The Advisor talked me through the possible reasons for the error message and, under instruction, I sprayed the shorts and put them on/connected the electrodes etc using both the standing and lying down positions - but without success. The Advisor asked me to measure my hip and leg size and from the information provided said it was likely that the problem was a connection issue and I needed size 4 rather than 5 shorts. She arranged to forward a replacement pair of shorts to me (it was Friday afternoon) and I was pleased to receive them the following Monday morning. I thought this was an excellent turn around as it meant I could recommence the programme without delay. The size 4 shorts are a snug fit but they are working well so resizing was a good call from the Advisor. I am now on week 12 of the P2 programme and am much more aware of my pelvic floor muscle. I still have urge incontinence moments, but these have reduced since starting the programme. Now, when I feel ‘the urge’ I consciously contract/relax my pelvic floor muscle and count to 10 and quite often the awful ‘urge’ dissipates without a leak. As I transfer to the maintenance programme at the end of week 12 I am hopeful that the good results I have achieved will continue and eventually my urge incontinence will totally disappear.

Only 2 weeks in, the routine gets easier and seems to be working a bit. Ask again in 8-10 weeks!

MyInnovo arrived so much quicker than I anticipated. It was simple to get started and I've been using it for about two weeks. The customer service connections via email have been useful and a happy surprise. Thus far I have not noticed a change in my pelvic floor muscles but I have been diligent with the half hour period and actually enjoy the time to slow down and let the device "work" the muscles.

I have only been using the product for a short time (2 months), but I am very happy with my purchase. I find that my muscles have tighened up and I have less accurances/issues than before using the product.

The original shorts did not fit my thighs appropriately and the connections were not working. they sent me a smaller size. We shall see

I have not used the product yet, but the instructions are very complete and easy to understand. I read the entire pamphlet, and will now use the shorter guide to set myself up. I was delighted to learn that it will be effective with only five sessions per week. I had expected 7.
