I first bought the shorts unfortunately med too big small too small so changed to the wrap one and they worked.. Staff so helpful to sort this... I buy the pads when needed and no bother... staff again so helpful and receive same within few days from order.. Love my innovo

I have had my Innovo for one week. I have had aching of my bladder area after use, and lots of discomfort when I'm using Innovo. I have gotten up to 85, but this is so uncomfortable, so I have backed down to 75. Today I talked to customer service and was told to back down further, maybe to 50, and then go up slowly. I am very hopeful that this will work. I think I came in to it thinking that more intensity would be better, but that didn’t work for me. I will update my progress as I go.

Hi Martie I am sorry to hear you've had some issues in relation to your contact with our customer care team, I have arranged for them to contact you today to help resolve your problem. In relation to the intensity, you do not need to go that high on the first week, you should gradually increase the intensity, initially where you will feel a tingling sensation and then over time as you increase it, you will feel it in primarily in your buttocks and then once you get to the therapeutics intensity you will then feel a pelvic floor contraction. You should not be in any pain whatsoever, we recommend the strongest most comfortable level and over time you shall be able to go higher. Kind regards Christina

The charging pin broke in the unit and I spoke to a person called Serena who was so helpful and provided the information needed to resolve my problem machine very quickly via phone call and email. I’m on week 12 and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I waited to see if Innovo was going to help lift a prolapsing bladder issue since it’s been years after my hysterectomy. I was in line for surgery to correct prolapse when it was suggested I try Innovo by my doctor. I was skeptical but after reflecting on surgery recover I decided to buy it. Six weeks I saw an improvement with no urgency and definite lifting of the pelvis floor. An additional benefit was my buttocks muscles are now lifted and perkier than when I started. I eventually got up to level 100 and now do 3 day a week maintenance at 100. My doctor canceled surgery after my last exam, she felt the treatment worked well enough.
