My INNOVO was working great, but after 2 months it quit working, then I went on a Trip and have not found out what the problem is, yet. I must puut it on and call.

I am retired from the military and a mother of two. I have tried other products and I can truly say this one works. When you first begin using it, you can feel the muscle lifting. I did have a challenge getting the correct size shorts and at one point getting the device to work, but customer service solved my issues. This has been such a game changer, that I am even returning to activities I love.

First I want to say A+ for customer service. Had trouble with first pair, got new pair and started last Monday. Miraculously, by Wednesday I noticed a difference. I was not expecting such quick results. On Thursday, my pad stayed dry after a day at work. I'm on Sunday, my second day off and I'm still staying dry. Could this be true? I am taking an extremely expensive med to help with incontinence. If this keeps up, I will start weaning myself off the med. At 80 years old, I have come to expect disappointments in life. This product does not disappoint!

This is an amazing product! It helped me up until the time I lost weight. The shorts got to be too big. Life hit so wasn't able to repurchase a new pair until now. I can't wait to begin my sessions again!

UPDATE: I contacted Innovo regarding the problems I was having. The representative immediately ordered me a new pair of shorts in a smaller size. They arrived within 4 days and are working quite well. Terrific Customer Service!! Received Innovo on Friday. I read the quick start and the instruction manual. I attempted to start my program today but was unable to complete due to repeated error messages. Indicating poor contact on pads #6 & #8. Resprayed and tried again...this time I got 20 minutes thru and again received the same error message. To be honest, the shorts seem too large. They do not fit snugly. I measured as was instructed and purchased to recommended size.
