I was more than happy with how my problem was taken care of. So helpful, friendly and patient with me.

My Innovo arrived in perfect condition. I was excited to begin using it but unfortunately I discovered I have colon cancer and required surgery. No worries, I am having chemotherapy treatment now through December. I fully intend to begin using my Innovo in the New Year.

I have used this for 3 months, it has helped me so much. I used to worry about having leaks when I ran, but now it is not a problem. Their customer service is great too!

the customer service person was very supportive when she helped me resolve my issue. she was patient and resolved my problem.

The pants I had weren't fitting properly. I called and talked to a very nice lady who had me try them on while she stayed on the line with me. When I explained how they fitted she agreed with me. She suggested try the style that wraps around my upper legs and buttocks. I agreed, they sent the new style and I am a happy camper.

Initially it wasn't a good experience as there was so much pain in one area of my left thigh. (Tendonitis) However l decided to try it again and was able to get to my target intensity without the severe pain. (Maybe that electrical pulse healed that area?) I'm omly 4days in and am up to level 65. Of course l need more time to learn of its effectiveness. Customer service was very helpful when l had that painfull reaction.

Pair of shorts did not work anymore and I made a phone call to Innovo and received a new pair of shorts right away……works wonderfully
