Product didn't work, not the results were not very good, the product literally didn't work and the customer service was extremely poor.

Having read so many positive reviews and used the device as instructed and to a high level for 3 months, I was so disappointed that it made no difference to my mild to moderate post-natal stress incontinence. I'm genuinely sorry I can't recommend this product as I really wanted it to work, but it just didn't help me at all.

I have really given this a good and committed trial and have not found it useful at all. The sensation was never properly in the pelvic floor area though I carefully set it up as instructed. When I tried to get some advice from the helpline they were not able to help either. Also they did not respond to a subsequent email. It is a great faff to use, sticky gel and uncomfortable, but I would have stuck with it if I had believed it would work.
