I received my Innovo abut 2 or 3 weeks ago. I started my treatment and continued it for about a week and I noticed that I was feeling like a lot of pressure on my Bladder I stopped using it for now. Ian still having the pressure even though I have stopped using it.

I designated a high rating because the INNOVO reps are nice and easy to work with. I had issues with the original pants for the treatment because they didn't fit well. Because of that, they offered another type of garment to use, which I also tried. The end result is that I sent everything back to them for a refund during the first 30 days (30-day trial). I wasn't sure either garment was working correctly, as well as the thought of having to do this treatment every day for many days just won't work out for me. It's a good company, but just not for me.

I got my shorts and they were way too big had to order a new size and the woman on the phone was very pleasant extremely helpful and sent my new pair out in a new size immediately. I just received them last Friday. So far so good!

So far tried twice. My butt hurts and I'm going to be keep doing this!!!

I am 70 years old. There was a connecting piece left out of my packaged product. I wrote for a replacement piece and was told to make a picture of the piece that was missing. I was contacted by phone later and the piece is being shipped to me with out any problems. Thanks Innovo !!
