I’ve only used it once so I cannot give accurate info at the moment. I had to delay my start. I believe I could have sized down in the shorts though.

Claire in customer service made my experience GREAT! When my Innovo package arrived the hip size was accurate but the legs of the shorts were bigger than my thighs. The surface of some of the electrodes did not stay in contact with my skin. The controller would send an error message and stop working. I gave a 4 star rating because "Ray" in customer service sent me a list of questions before he could help exchange the size. When I had collected all the information "Ray" requested I called customer service again. Claire answered and quickly assured me she would send a smaller size. No hassles, no interrogation. Just excellent customer service!

Started using the Innovo shorts about a week ago. I definitely can already feel a difference in the muscle control of my pelvic floor. One thing that I feel I must mention is that I started my period after 18 days from my previous cycle. I can usually set a clock to my personal cycle so you can imagine my surprise starting earlier than expected. I feel that it’s possible the Innovo system triggered my cycle to come early. I don’t recall reading any one else’s testimony that mentioned this could happen. Just be aware that it could affect the uterus to shed early.

As far as the buying experience is concerned, the agents with whom I spoke made it very clear that this device is for stress incontinence. The person with whom I spoke answered all of my questions clearly. I am sorry I don't remember when I talked with the company, but it was just a few minutes before I made my purchase.

Well I've only been using it for a week and a half so no results yet. It's weird feeling for sure and a little uncomfortable at first.

I really like the customer service. I had some questions prior to purchasing and they were answered really well. I really like the product, and I am starting to notice an improvement. It has only been a week since starting them and the improvement is very small, but there is improvement. I only gave 4 stars for the simple fact that it gives you a recommended therapeutic level, and when you reach it there is no information on if you can go up or not, and when I asked about it I was told that I could increase it, but its not supposed to hurt, and then there was all this information on how it should feel. I never felt pain, and at the lower levels I never felt it in my pelvic floor and I didn't feel until higher levels so I still am not sure if I am doing anything wrong or right but so far everything is going well so far.

I first received my equipment was 11/29 and the shorts that was sent to me was too big. I called and have it replaced and it arrived 12/5. I could not get it to work at first, so I called the help line and was able to fix the problem. So far its been working great! If I have some questions, the customer service line was very helpful.

I've used Innovo for a week now and so far I like it. The intensity is pretty strong and I can feel the pelvic floor contracting and relaxing. The only reason I took off a star is because the instructions don't appear to be the same as the model I received. The instructions show the pads in different places so it is hard to figure out just which one isn't connecting when there is a problem with connection. So far other than the instruction issues, I have no complaints. Time will tell if I get the desired results after 12 weeks. The only question is: Should I keep using it occasionally after that?
