The shorts size that was recommended are too big. I can get them to work but I have to lay down all the way. I called and was told they would not replace if I can get them to work. Not real happy about that.

It’s still too soon to tell, so far so good. I’ll be able to give an updated review towards the end of my 3 months.

I only wish they sold the wrap around type pants, I am a size in between your normal shorts that you sell, and I need a back up on the wraparound and the company refuses to sell them

Brought these a couple of years ago had a faulty pair which they exchanged, got the new pair and was very pleased with them, due to reasons I had a very long break from wearing them but now ready to try again but finding them very painful I can get the buttucks part working ok but getting painful shocks in front of thighs and side of legs according to the book this shouldn't happen I've tried increasing levels but it hurts more so disappointed has they were working fine before, I stored them correctly and spray is still in date and I use plenty the legs don't seam to fit as well but I do make sure the pads are flat to my skin because how expensive they are I won't be replacing

This product did not work well for me but that is not to say I don't think anyone else should try it. I first tried the shorts which I had trouble getting a good connection because the legs were too large. I exchanged the shorts for a smaller size. Those were better in the legs but the waist was really tight. (I guess you can say I have an odd shape) I thought the "shock" was quite painful at a low setting. I am not wimpy so I was quite surprised by that. I contacted the company again and it was suggested I try a different method that is not shorts but just a wrap that goes around the thigh. Although the video sort of implies these are very simple to put on, I found them very difficult to put on by myself and get them tight enough to work properly with the cables. Although I understand "no pain-no gain" - the process of standing for 30 minutes to achieve the best outcome, while 1/2 naked, is really unreasonable. (although you can break up the time) I can imagine about 100 scenarios where this just isn't practical at all. Overall, I am disappointed it didn't work well for me but happy it has helped presumably many, many women. I was refunded my money with no issue after trying the different options so there is no risk for those of you who are wondering.

I was looking forward to using your product. When I received it, I tried on the shorts as described. The main upper part of the shorts fit, but when I tried to start the electronic part it wouldn't do it because for the lack of connection to the leg portion. The leg portion was too big and didn't connect to my skin. I returned the entire set up to you. I hope that you notified the company that was to bill me and told them not to charge me as I returned the whole unit.
