In getting electric shocks

I had been using the Innovo for about 4 weeks. I had not really noticed any tightening around my pelvic. I got COVID and have been coughing a lot. I feel like I am back to square one. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong. I have the setting on 71 because I felt nothing at the range your guidance recommended.

I can not get it to work for me .

j'ai commandé ce short le 3/11/22 avec beaucoup d'espoir . Respectant les tailles selon les mesures ,et étant entre 2 tailles , ai donc pris une taille 5 , au bout de 15 jours , il y avait une anomalie qui correspondait à un problème de taille selon la société innovo que j'avais contactée. Le service clients a été très réactif , professionnel , il m'a échangé le short contre une taille supérieure bien que je ne fus pas convaincue et là cela fait 4 jours que je l'utilise et même souci , code sur appareil indiquant des problèmes de taille et je suis obligée de mettre les mains sous les cuisses pour plaquer les électrodes contre les cuisses sinon l’électrostimulation s'arrête et au niveau du ventre , il est trop grand , c'est bien ce que je pressentais et leur avais soulevé cette éventualité .Que faire ?

Most of the time it doesn't work on the first try. Very sensitive to movement when it does work.

Good Morning. I was a PT for over 45 years and I now live in a Continuing Care Retirement Community with 1200 aging in place people. I know from hearing about all the stories here, as well as the research, that incontinence is a real issue and one reason assisted living places have a problem retaining staff. To this end, I purchased an INNOVO unit 2 weeks ago and I have been trying to increase the power to get to the #50 (size 5) to feel a contraction. What has happened is that I can’t go beyond 45 comfortably and the use has kicked off sciatica in my right leg. In 2017 I had an L4-5 fusion with decompression laminectomy and this wasn’t a contraindication to my knowledge. I bought this unit so that I could see the “ease of use” for older folks (I am one of the youngest here at 70) so that I might recommend it. I have minimal incontinence and it really isn’t the typical SUI which others have. I just “leak lightly” periodically but I wanted to nip this issue in the bud and my dear friend and colleague Dr. Rebecca Stephenson (APTA Women’s Health leader) said that the woman who designed INNOVO and the product itself were worth trying. I have paused my use to calm down the sciatica episode and will try again. However, I may be outside of the 30 day window to return the unit which I may have to do. I recycle everything and wouldn’t want to throw out this unit as it is perfectly fine.

I was told 3 times that my refund was processed. The first time an email account that I haven’t used in 20years was used (not the one I used for my original PayPal payment); 2nd time I was told it had processed and I would see it in 1 day max; 3 days later I called again and was told it did not show as processed but they would expedite it. My return was received by them on October 25 showing I would receive the refund in no more than 5 business days. I finally rec’d it on Nov 11. And, they issued it as a payment for services, not as a refund so I was charged a service fee by PayPal. I would not recommend this company at all!!
