Just like my other purchases of the shorts didn’t last long only 6 days. Threw them in the trash. Number 3 didn’t work after 6 times. It made a sound like it had shorted out. So I’m not trying anymore nerve wracking.

Hello Friends, I love your product! I've been using Innovo for about two years and it's easy to use and incredibly effective. Thank you for that! It took me TWO MONTHS and multiple interactions with your customer service agents to order my most recent replacement gel pads. I repeatedly got an error message that Innovo couldn't ship the pads to my mailing address, even though it's the same mailing address you've been shipping to for the past two years. The customer service agent explained that you were having difficulties with your online ordering feature on the website, but really -- two months to fix a website error? We finally had to use a workaround to place the order. I do love your product and I know it isn't the customer service agent's fault that your website isn't working. I hope you'll fix this error soon, as I'll want to order more gel pads in the future. Thank you! Melissa K.

I purchased a unit in 2022 . The customer service is horrible. I the unit was not charging so I contacted customer service and they told me that I needed a new battery. I ordered a new battery it arrived and the unit still did not charge . Spoke with a customer service rep , I asked to speak with a supervisor. The rep told me that she needed to reach a tech. and that a supervisor would contact me ASAP. A week went by no contact from anyone from the company . I called again and was told they had to speak with Tech. I told the rep how frustrated I was . I was told that a supervisor would call me , several days have passed and nobody has contacted me. Sadly I still have a unit that Does Not Work!!! this is no way to treat customers.

I bought this product and the electrode panels in the shorts had a malfunction. They did send replacement shorts only to have the same issue. This does not work because of the electrode panel malfunction and they have refused to give me a refund. The customer service is terrible. It took a month for me to get the replacement shorts. Most of the time no one answers their customer service phone and when you leave a message there is no call back. Beware!!!

I ordered my trousers two months ago and nothing. Now they’re Not even responding to my emails. Has the company gone bust? What’s going on?

Worst customer service experience. It seems that the company had gone out of business. I used Innovo for seven weeks and was very happy with the results. My pants started malfunctioning. I tried everything to get them to work with no luck. I called the customer service line, and emailed them for weeks with no response. Finally, I direct messaged on their instagram account and eventually got a message of apology and eventually received a new pair of the pants. This took so long however, that I felt like I had to start over and had wasted the seven weeks of progress from before. I started using the pants successfully for a couple of weeks, and then the controller itself started malfunctioning and giving me error codes. I tried calling the customer service number, leaving messages and no one would call me back. Finally, I just went ahead and placed an order and paid for myself a new controller. I just hope that with the new controller and pants, I can get them to last long enough for the 12 week program and maintenance. I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service.

Save your money! There is NO customer service or warranty. I have contacted this company concerning a repair or replacement for the past 6 weeks. I purchased these shorts in Dec. and after about 5 months the wiring has gone bad in one of the contact patches. I have left voicemails, live chats and emails. All I have received is an email to try different suggestions already offered in the booklet. I am out $550! Save your money!

I was only able to use the product for 2 weeks due to a malfunction of the product it took about a month to get the label to return the product. It took almost 4 weeks to get my money back. So over all I had a bad experience
