Is this rating the phone call to customer svce or to the machine itself?

I’ve called the help line several times since my purchase of the Innovo. Each time the person I spoke to has been extremely friendly the helpful. It’s always easy to get a “real”person quickly without waiting for long period of time.

I worked with Trent in customer service he was very knowledgable/ courteous/friendly/and helpful

Claire was very helpful and took care of my problem promptly.

I had a problem and could not get the shorts to work. I called customer service and they sent me a new pair of shorts and connectors and it works great. I am just into my first week, and I like it so far.

I love the product and feel it is making a difference for me. I have been using it for about 4 weeks now. I am eager to see if I continue to improve over the next 8 weeks.

Very prompt attention, have already received new pair of therapy pants hopefully will fit better. Was a bit confused by address on the box but once opened was thrilled to receive them. Will try them on for fit…hope they fit better!
