Do not buy this waste of money product
Having suffered too long with a lack of pelvic floor muscles, I thought tis would be the answer to my embarrassment and discomfort. How wrong was I. I have been using this for approx. 2 months now, the pads need renewing(although you should see some improvement at about the 12 weeks stage the pads obviously will not last that long), I cannot feel any sensation at my pelvic floor and despite the blurb saying it doesn't hurt and you will feel a slight sensation, it is extremely uncomfortable and I am nowhere near the maximum pulse rate. This has been a complete waste of £250 of hard earned cash and I have nothing to show for it apart from a daily half hour of torture. Save your money.

Dear S Lomax, I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with your INNOVO® – I would highly recommend a set up call from one of our INNOVO® experts, unfortunately if you are not getting a pelvic floor contraction the device will not work – this may be down to the positioning of the garments. I am confident that with a set up call we will be able help you. Also in regards to the pads, this is highly unusual as the pads should last the full 60 treatment sessions, I can arrange to send a replacement set also.
