I ordered the shorts ,8 day later they still haven't been dispatched, emailed innovo, got a reply saying 3,4 days delivery once dispatched, , a few day later still haven't been sent, I called innovo , they didn't have a clue apart from I ordered them said they would call back, they didn't

Still haven’t received it so can’t review new shorts !
Still haven’t received it. Shipping said 2-3 working days, it’s now been 8 and I flew back to the USA Today so will totally miss the parcel.
Why they can’t ship all products straight to America so I don’t have this hassle every year is beyond me!

Produit de mauvaise qualité
Produit de mauvaise qualité. Premier échange du short au bout de cinq semaines. Quinze jours avant de recevoir un short en remplacement après plusieurs appels telephoniques donc tout à reprendre à zéro. Cinq semaines après, short à nouveau défectueux et obligée de rappeler deux fois (à une semaine d'intervalle) pour obtenir un nouvel envoi. A ce jour, je n'ai rien reçu et donc tout à reprendre à zéro une nouvelle fois.
A ce jour, je ne peux que déconseiller ce produit.
Je reviendrai sur cet avis au cas où ce troisième short permettrait le traitement indispensable de 12 semaines mais j'en doute.

La persévérance est la clé, tout comme le renouvellement des exercice dans le but de remuscler son périnée. Cela peut être frustrant, mais n’abandonnez pas l’usage d’INNOVO, car in fine cela pourra aider à résoudre le problème d’incontinence. INNOVO est la seule solution externe de rééducation à domicile.

Buyer beware!
Customer service from this company is really poor.
I was very unhappy with my shorts the first time I used them as the 'pads' on my pair of shorts work at different strengths. If I go over 50, the pad that touches my left buttock really hurts and leaves red weals. The pad on the right buttock is absolutely fine. Their response/advice was to use more of the spray and/or try a lower number. After 3 weeks of complaining to Innovo, they finally sent me a medical form to complete. Innovo gave me some condescending story that because it is a 'medical device', I had to complete the medical report, and my doctor then had to sign two sections before Innovo would do anything about my shorts. (I am convinced that the shorts are simply faulty and need to be exchanged. I'm not even asking for a refund, just a replacement.) Anyway, I couldn't get a doctor's appointment for a minor issue for 3 weeks and so even though I shouldn't, I've given up, which will make Innovo ecstatic.
(I bought the product after seeing it on Ideal World, but was directed to Innovo to make my purchase. Due to this, Ideal World's return policy doesn't apply - so beware.)
I occasionally try to use the shorts (I did spend £250...), at 50 (no where near the recommended 75). I have worked out that if I place external pressure (from my hand) on the pad on the left buttock for the whole of the 30 minutes, I can tolerate the discomfort. I have no idea why this makes the equipment bearable...
Do not buy this product unless you can afford to waste £250 because if like mine, it is potentially faulty, you will not get any satisfaction.
