Excellent customer service

I have been using the Innovo system for over a year and it has completely eliminated leaking for me. I used to have to wear pads everyday and no longer do so. I can even sneeze and laugh without issue. It's unbelievable. The customer service experience has also been next level. My first pair of shorts stopped working, so they sent me a new pair. When that pair stopped working, they thought I might be between sizes, so sent me the version 1 product, which wraps around your legs vs. pull on shorts. They sent demo videos and answered all my questions and the version 1 product really made the benefit of this therapy start to work for me. I appreciate that every time I have called in, I speak with a real person immediately and they solve my problem on the spot. I told all my college friends, who are 50+ like me about this and several have already purchased it. I can not recommend this product or company enough - a therapy that works and customer service that really helps you when you call in! Thanks for a great product and customer experience!

Just got it so far works great

I called Emma back after she left me a message yesterday. She asked me questions, listened, and offered suggestions for a better experience. I had expected to feel something from all eight pads, but only felt #3 and #7. I had spoken to someone before who said the others would kick in later, but they still haven’t. I’m more confident now that I’m doing things mostly right, but I’m eager to try making a couple of minor adjustments that Emma suggested.
