How can I possibly rate Innovo any higher when I have not received my package yet. In fact , one week after placing my order, I haven't heard from the company at all other than to acknowledge my order. I have no idea when I will receive my goods or if they have been shipped yet. I look forward to receiving my order and hope this is the solution to my problem.

Goods have arrived and the shorts are not the size i ordered will be email and ringing customer service, too get the right size if this is not sorted i will be asking for a refund on return of goods

I am not happy with INNOVO and would like to return in but i am not getting any help returning it so no not happy at all, IF you need to return it be aware you have to PAY for it yourself at a cost of £50:20 YES £50:20 and now no one answers my emails

It was only when this product was delivered and I read the full set of instructions that I realised you cannot use this product if you have a coil fitted. I did check the section which lists who the product is unsuitable for before I made the purchase. It did state cannot be used by anyone with a metal implant, in the abdominal area, which I immediately thought it meant metal hip etc, it also said including IUD. I didn’t know IUD meant coil, but the instructions you receive with the product clearly state IUD also known as coil. Why wasn’t it listed like this on the website, I feel like it was deliberately displayed this way and I feel like I’ve been conned. I cannot comment on whether the product works cause I cannot use it.

Dear Joanne, I am so sorry if you felt our counter indications seemed to be misleading, as we try our best to provide customers with as much information prior to purchasing. Please note as per the counter indications listing it is only coils which contain copper that is counter indication, if you are using a coil which is made from primarily plastic such as the Mirena coil it is ok to use the Innovo. I saw many adverts for this before buying. Nowhere did I see It should not be used if you had a metal implant. There was a quick start with it so, like most people, I just read that and did not look at the handbook first. Nowhere was there any mention about the metal implant, except in the handbook. I had tried it three times before I found out that, as I had had a full hip replacement, I should not be using it. After some discussion Innovo agree to take it back. It came from Germany and cost over£25 to return and in spite of sending proof that it arrived 2 weeks ago, I have not been given a refund. They say it has not arrived!!
