The INNOVO Company was VERY accommoadating to me. Answered all my questions with very frank and informational answers. The Customer Care associates are pleasant to talk to.

Have successfully completed Week 1 of my program and am on my way! Got off to a slow start due to ordering shorts according to the size chart for my hips but not fitting my mature waistline. Stressed over having to return, but an easy phone call to customer service had a proper-fitting pair soon delivered. I found there to be a lot to master in the beginning and am glad I hung in and made it through. MY STORY CONTINUES: By week 7 the legs on the shorts had grown too large for any connection with the electrodes. Another call to Customer Service with my demonstrating the problem over the phone resulted in speedy replacement with the Generation 1 Wraps but getting used to a whole new system. I was having good results with the shorts thus far and was determined to continue. I really feel for all the women expressing similar difficulties! It's not been easy. I can't stand for 30 minutes and am not comfortable in thong undies, so I cover the applied wraps with a pair of baggy joggers for modesty and warmth in winter. It would seem that Innovo has the right idea, but trying to fit so many body types with the complicated shorts is almost impossible. Their CS is most willing to help, but my own determination to be leak free has been the key.

You are responsive to inquiries in getting additional product. Your instruction book is fully complete and easy to understand. The product itself worked well. I may even jump on a trampoline with my grandkids!

I bought the shorts but they didn't work for me. The team were great at responding and they replaced the shorts for the generation 1 innovo. The programme 1 has really helped me. I'm still doing extra sessions for programme 2 as that hasn't been as effective but overall I am happy with the results and very happy with the communication from the team.
