Dear William McBrine, We are really delighted that you are achieving great results with INNOVO®! Keep up the good work. I would recommend keeping up a maintenance programme, once or twice a week with Programme 1 for best results. The INNOVO® has two different programmes, Programme 1 strengthens the pelvic floor by delivering targeted impulses to improve your pelvic floor muscle tone, strength, endurance and overall control for stress incontinence. Programme 2 delivers a gentle signal to the nerve that controls the muscle mechanism that controls bladder function, helping to control the over-activity of urge incontinence.
