The controller showed P1 and the error triangle and nothing else when used for the first time. The hand book says there is a controller fault. We sprayed the shorts again just in case but no change. There is no help line outside Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00 so having waited till the weekend to try then we are now cross and have to wait till Monday morning. This smacks of poor quality control. Monday morning: After waiting an age for the agent to answer the phone we were instructed to spray the shorts 4 times and make sure the connectors were really in. Did this and it worked. Sad - the handbook said that the triangle only sign implied a controller fault.

I bought this machine expecting great things and did not read the small print properly. YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS ELECTRICAL STIMULATION IF YOU HAVE ANY METAL IN YOUR HIPS OR LEGS!! As a great number of potential older customers must have undergone hip replacement surgery the warnings should be made much clearer. I had a titanium nail inserted in my femur months ago and never thought about it being a problem. Now I am stuck with an expensive item I cannot use and am trying to sell it on eBay. Shame on INNOVO for not making the WARNINGS CLEARER.

Not companies fault Delivery company delivered to wrong address.still adamant left with neighbour although no instruction to do so. Pluso address stated is an empty property with no tennants so would love to know how Hermes got a signature?

Non delivery Been waiting almost two weeks for this product due to delivery issues with Hermes and Innovo. Delivery driver claiming no one home on 3 sepparate occasions, despite cctv camera showing no one turned up!! Been a further week trying to contact Hermes and Innovo by telephone and email. No response to the issues i've raised or suggestions to when the product will be delivered. They've taken the money for the product, which I've not received, and have now wiped their hands off the complaint.
