efficient with my first enquiry and delivery was within a couple of days. the shorts were too large within a week a smaller size was sent out to me with all labels for return. hoping the product does what it says.;

I think INNOVO need to sort out their sizing for the shorts and possibly provide more than just a waist size but also a leg and bum size. I am narrow on the hips and found it difficult with the sizing, we did the recommended measure and I came in at a size 5, however when the shorts arrived they were very baggy around the bum and leg area. To be fair to the company when I phoned they did exchange for a smaller size, but when they arrived they were a Medium, what are the sizes 1-5 or S,M and L?

To determine the perfect fit, it is required that you take a low hip measurement, rather than a waist measurement. Our sizing structure is unique to the INNOVO, this is due to the importance of using the correct size. As for replacement sizes, the size you receive is dependent on the measurements that you provide for your low hip region. Hi there, bought a pair of innovo shorts from restorethefloor.com back in Feb19 and used them for about 7 weeks on prog 2 and then I discovered I had a mixed incontinence, then went on to the full prog and used for another 2 weeks and they went faulty.Then contacted innovo and they replaced them with the wrap around garment,on their advice due to my shape.received them after about 2 weeks and they were much better for me,felt more comfortable and safer to wear and had not a bit of bother with them,but the down side was with the return shorts,I contacted them about 4 times to get them returned and no one ever got back and the carrier returned them twice so I still have them which I am not happy about,I would rather they got them back. However!!I am very happy with the results so far,a lot of changes to my bladder habits,the urgency well under control,not quite dry completely but almost with just the occasional leak and I have still about 5 weeks yet to the end of my 3 months,hope this is helpful Eileen.for now only 4 stars
