I would like to be able to rate this product but haven't received it yet. All I have receive is numerous emails about using it, they said it had been shipped, when it hadn't. and wanting reviews on something I haven't received.

This product was a very expensive mistake, I have used it for 14 weeks and it has made not a jot of difference to my bladder it's as bad as ever. I found it quite uncomfortable and at times quite painful to use even though I used far more spray than they recommend. What you have to take into account is that apart from the initial outlay for the shorts the conductive spray is another £15.00 per bottle which would be worth it if it worked but for me sadly it did nothing. As far as customer service they were excellent everybody I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant.

It feels like im being stabbed in my butt before any actual muscle contractions happen. I've tried to add more spray and adjust the short so much I got frustrated and quit using them. I bought them to try to avoid PT but it was a total waste of a huge chunk of my money.

The package was delivered to the wrong house, and I've had to call three times to check in for an update. It was initially requested that I go to the apartment where it was delivered and ask to retrieve it. That's not the type of neighborhood I live in--particularly in this time of COVID-19. I declined, and requested that it be handled through FEDEX. Yesterday I was told that the problem was bumped up to a supervisor--nine days after my first call. The three customer service reps that I spoke with were all lovely, but it doesn't seem as if much as been done to resolve the problem. I'd love to be able to update my review when I'm able to receive and use the product.

I found this device to be painful. The troubleshooting section of IFU was not at all helpful as it did not address the sensation I got when using it. Tried it for 10 days and I just can't handle the pain. It feels like I'm getting a tattoo on my outer hip/buttock area each time I use it and can't deal with it any longer.

Shorts are too big, I have sent several emails, they are not going through. I received the following email: Your message to Innovo (email address) couldn't be delivered. The group info only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list. The info on your site says to email innovo to exchange. Please provide a good email address to request return authorization.

Shorts are a poor fit and only 2 pads make any contact if tingling is a sign of working. And I hate that they are wet and cold when pulling on! Very very disappointed especially as they are so expensive.

Update from my experience with company. Avoid like the plague! It caused an awful reaction to my skin. For what the item is used for and open irritated wounds, just imagine what that is like. Contacted them via email because working for NHS & no time to call, battling Covid, explained. 1st said unable to return & no refund for an item that was worn. They sent back another asking for medical form to be filled in. Due to working long hours I just explained again problem in an email, rather than having to fill in form. Personal discomfort of open wounds due to irritation. Received no reply so thought all ok, so threw them away as previous email from them said unable to return.Now saying unable to refund if not returned, so having to fully pay for the item, which I havent got. First its email from them saying unable to send back, then want them back. Havent got them. So have been in pain with their product, then having to pay for something I havent got. Do not buy. A lot of aggrevation for an NHS key worker!!!!!
