I called your office to ask for the address to return my INNOVO system, however I received a form to report a medical misadventure. I never used to system because the small print in your literature advises against use if you have varicose veins. Since I have varicose veins, I placed all of the system back in the box, ready to be returned as soon as you provide me with your mailing address.

Still waiting for my package from innovo that was ordered over a week ago.

It is now 13 days since I placed my order and have yet to receive the item. I left a message on the Innovo site several days ago about this and have received no response.

OK, this is not a stellar review. I'm sorry. It's a bad fit. It doesn't reach the area it needs to reach in order to achieve a pelvic contraction. I have called and emailed several times. Each time I was told that I needed to give it a while longer. Now that I have actually used it, that is, applied the spray contact, and put the product on my body, I can't even return it for a better fit. That is, if I understand the return policy correctly. That being said, I plan to continue trying to make it work for me, so maybe I'll have better things to say in the future,. I hope so, because I really hate giving anyone a bad review.

My delivery arrived without the motor and I need the next size shorts so couldn't try it out. Please refund the money I have paid.

I saw this product on TV and thought it would help the "leaks" I have. After trying it a few times, I replied to an e-mail and was told the product won't help "overactive" bladders. I have been offered a return receipt so I can send it back. While I'll get my money back, it's disappointing I'll still have "leaks".

It's just stoped working after 5 uses so not happy at all.

Quand j’ai voulu refaire des séances il ne se connecte plus et se met en alarme ( erreur de connection des électrodes ) comme il A plus de 6 mois aucun échange possible Ca me fait cher les 3 semaines. Le service après vente me propose d’en acheter un autre. Les 1ères cuissardes sont moins pratiques mais plus solides En résumé je suis très déçue du produit et ne le conseille pas
