Still working through the treatment as had to stop for 2 separate weeks . Not at all sure that it has helped a great deal but it has improved slightly . I shall keep going in the hope that it does . Still find it uncomfortable.

I am not sure if it is doing any good as I have a bladder prolapse and am sure it will take a lot longer for me to restore my pelvic floor, so this is not a bad review its that I just don"t know yet.

This is an average review because I have found it difficult to use the Innovo. I am a petite size 8 and found it difficult to fit Innovo snugly enough so the gel pads make contact in order to work. So I have to wear a tight belt and spend some time adjusting Innovo before the digital unit will start. On occasion it works with an unpleasant pins and needles sensation so I have to turn the unit up gradually to an effective setting. On the plus side it is improving my pelvic floor quicker than traditional exercises. I think a smaller size Innovo should be available as one size does not fit all body shapes.

I have been using innovo for 11 weeks and although it has strengthened my pelvic floor, it has not stopped me leaking. I will continue to use it for another month, as my pelvic floor was pretty bad.

I’ve been following the Innovo programme for 3 months but I only managed to get up to the optimum intensity of 70 after 2 months! The handbook suggests this could be done in a week but I clearly gave a lower threshold to pain/discomfort than average. Anyway after 4 weeks of full intensity I have noticed an improvement but I’d say I’ll need the full 3 month program to see a big change. It is time consuming and a bit of a nuisance to have to do for 30 minutes 5 days a week but I’m happy to continue if the stress incontinence improves. I guess I’ll review again at that point.
