So, I received the Innovo at the beginning of September and was excited to see the results having had urge incontinence due to Multiple Sclerosis for many years. Unfortunately I’m unable to say anything good about this product. When I received it the first time I used it it worked. However, since then it doesn’t seem to matter how much conductive spray I use it seems to be very much a hit or miss as to whether the Innovo actually works. Despite following all the measuring directions and ordering the correct size the shorts have already gone baggy and I’m unsure whether this is why the Innovo doesn’t work but at the end of the day I’ve spent a lot of money on something that is basically useless.

I have used it with little effect. The controller has packed up. Makes a hideous beeping noise and flashes EO61. Sent 3 emails no reply from any of them. Phoned 08000285687 and was told that EO61 should not come up. Also the shorts have gone very baggy. I have not washed them just treated them with care. I have mislaid the receipt but still have the box with various codes and was told I could not get a replacement controller even though it is supposed to have a 2 year guarantee. Do not waste your money! Just read the instruction manual ‘Problem Solving Guide’ and it says symbol, warning triangle is flashing, the controller is beeping,and EXXX appears on screen. POSSIBLE CAUSE..... There is a fault with the controller. Contact restore the floor.com for more information. No replacement.

Ich WAR voll Hoffnung, trotz regelmäßiger Anwendung hat sich nichts getan, ausserdem funktioniert das Ladegerät sehr empfindlich und nervt. Angenehm ist die Behandlung auch nicht gerade.

I purchased on Aug 27 and still have not received my purchase.

It is Very complicated and the worst thing is...you cant TRY this out to see if it works. If you remove the tags to hook it up...they state...you can not return this if you remove this tag!!! How can you see if it even works without being stuck with it!! I sent it back because Its a very expensive item to take a chance on like this. Im checking out other options. PS..Asking to return it for a credit was a total hassle! They had me take pictures of all the items in the box first, then they decided whether I would be allowed to return it....at my cost of course. THINK TWICE before committing.

I bought Innovo a few months ago. Tried it for a couple of days and had too many issues, so I gave up out of frustration. Decided to give it another try four days ago. If I moved one of my legs slightly, I got shocked. I keep getting the same errors. I'm giving up. Doubt I was ever going to get the advertised results. The website claimed that I could use my FSA and FSA denied it, so I wasted my own money.

I find the system is a bit too strong. I have a regular monthly massage with soft tissue manipulation to help parts of my body that give me problems. I had hoped that Innovo might replace this massage but unfortunately that's not the case.
