the shorts are 5 star, The customer service is a 1 star. May 15th i had a conversation about order #31017 with customer service to get a return label, i never received the return label. I called again a couple times to follow up, i was told they were busy/backed up. i still have not received the return label yet. then on may 21st i bought a new pair of shorts cause i could not wait anymore.

I received my INNOVO within a few days of ordering. I used it for about three weeks and was pleased with the results. I began to see changes in the first week of use. Something between the shorts and the controller stopped working. I contacted customer service by messaging on the website and then by chat a few days later since I had no reply to my message. The associate took my information and determined that it was the shorts and not the controller. I was asked to check my email and that I would receive a return label within 72 hours. They cannot ship the replacement until the return is processed. On the fifth business day after this I have not received the label. I contacted them again by chat and was assured that my return was processing and as soon as customer service sent the release I would receive the label. I think the product is good and seems to be working for me but the customer service needs some attention. It will have been two weeks since my unit stopped working in a couple of days. The downtime is frustrating.

My shorts needed to be replaced, and they were quickly - I am not certain how much they are working to relieve my frequent nightly trips to the bathroom. I am still hopeful that I will eventually see better results.

Update @1-9-2023 =============== Christina thanks for the quick reply. Customer Services have now REFUNDED the payment. So happy with this final resolvement. Shame about the correspondence not arriving in mailbox so this was perceived as not receiving any update from iNNovo Customer Services. Luckily you were able to see this. Chance (?) its a technical issue on iNNovo's (email) exchange server, would recommend getting that resolved as it'll leave other buyers to possible use similar social network methods such as Trust Pilot, Facebook and Twitter but hey, it all worked out in the end. They admitted as such. THREE times have emailed you at myinnovo.com & no one from Customer Support has responded. Rang your SUPPORT Tel. line, which says ‘ Send an email. ‘ You’re DON’T respond to emails HENCE using TrustPiLot as not sure how else to get hold of you. Previous emails have always seemed to work. I have fully complied with ALL Your instructions to receive the REFUND. Hopefully you can respond, if not, I’ll try another medium, Facebook and Twitter, as not sure what else to do so you can do your job and communicate to your paying customers.

I think this product might actually be beneficial if the shorts would actually last long enough to realize the results!! My shorts lasted for 6 weeks and then started showing error messages. I re sprayed the pads and tried again and again. I just bought a new pair of shorts at $220!! This could be a very expensive undertaking if these shorts do not last any longer than the first ones, but like every one has experienced leakage, I am desperate for something to work. Also, make sure that the shorts are a snug fir. Innovo sent me a pair in a size too large and they don't work at all!!

Using the leg wrap instead of the shorts was too difficult. I could not get the pelvic floor contractions but my thin legs vs large but made the pants begin with error messages after about 6 weeks

Delivery as promised, we’ll packaged. Product appears to be constructed well. My issue is that while Im using it to strengthen my pelvic floor, it was seemingly making my back weaker, could feel the lower back pain afterward, and weakened back muscle is worse for me than the pelvic issue. Tried a lower setting but then didn’t get pelvic response. So, not worth the risk in my case.

I can’t say that I have had great results. BUT the staff has been extremely supportive and helpful. My calls were promptly answered and their concern seemed genuine. I am going to stick with the program through the 12 weeks and hope I see results. I really want this to work.
