I used innovo successfully and liked the product until I needed customer service. Both email and phone - crickets. no one ever answered the emails or ever picked up the phone. HORRIBLE customer service, which is so sad because their product works great. Just be aware.

50 is minimum. Went up to 80 and still felt no Kegel-like contractions but did feel PAIN in my buttocks.

Hi Regina Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. When you start using Innovo you will feel the contraction in your buttocks initially. As you increase the intensity level over time you will start to feel the contraction move to the pelvic region and then you will experience a "squeezing," "tightening," and or "lifting" between your legs as your pelvic floor contracts. You have now reached your desired therapeutic level. You should not experience any strong contraction on the front leg panels or experience pain at any time. I have never consistently gotten the system to work Getting the shorts to fit is problematic...size 6 too tight..size 7 Stretched out !!! I could get it to work for 3 days in a row and then couldn't. There is a long wait time for tech support, that should tell you something. I would love to have had it work for me...very dissapointed

I have tried contacting you both on line, and by phone regarding the performance of the shorts. First, the size 4 was still too loose in the legs, and I have since had to sew them for a tighter fit. Secondly, I have inquired about the function of all of the patches. I sense no activity in 6 of the patches. Is this to be expected? l Have prepared, and placed them correctly. Please contact me.

I really wanted this to work. Unfortunately, the TENS irritated my sciatic nerve such that I had shooting pain down my right leg after each use. I should have quit using it, but I wanted it to work, so I kept it up. After the third week, I began to feel my bladder prolapsing. I'm not saying that the device caused the prolapse, but my doctor and I decided a surgical treatment would be more appropriate. I gave it two stars because the customer service staff are very helpful.

Shorts when they work did the job but I have had 2 pairs now and both have broken after a couple of weeks use? This time I get intense burning on one hip. Spoke to innovo and advised the shorts are faulty but out of guarantee. These have been used maybe 10 times in total and cost soo much money. I was advised I needed to buy yet another pair? I’ve tried different sizes, packed, sprayed , treated so carefully but the fabric holding the pads seems too flimsy and malfunctions.
