Dear Julie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your INNOVO®. If you are continuing to experience errors like this, you could try using INNOVO® in the standing position rather than sitting, if not already. It also helps if the electrode panels are fully wet with INNOVO® Spray, ensuring that they are firm against your skin. Keep going with the INNOVO®, we usually find it takes around 12 weeks to achieve good results, but this can vary from person to person. Dear Sarah, We are really pleased you are seeing an improvement from using the INNOVO®. I would recommend that you keep going with the INNOVO®, because it really is changing people’s lives! We usually find it takes 12 weeks to achieve good results. After this time most people achieve positive results and can drop usage down to just a few times per week as maintenance.
