I was sent a used kit so I contacted customer service and they sent another kit and again it was used. It is obviously used when there are two stickers over each other that the box is not sealed and the unit inside is sticky. Very disappointed.

I bought Innovo shorts last July - they worked well initially but as time progressed I was met with shocks and error codes. I didn’t use the shorts very often but when I needed them they were unreliable and eventually stopped working. I contacted Innovo but have been told they are out of the 6 month warranty warranty. I was advised that the problem is a sizing issue and if I wanted another pair they’d give me a 20% discount? I have paid £160 for a few electric shocks and a handful of successful uses. I have read other Reviews and this seems a common theme. It appears that the customer is blamed for the sizing issues whereas the shorts appear to sag over time and, are therefore, not fit for purpose and covered by the 2015 consumer Rights Act, even if the warranty has expired. I don’t recommend this product or the company because of their appalling customer service. Considering the customers are buying the product because of a distressing problem - it is a shame the company appears to have no empathy with their customers who have paid a lot of money for a shoddy product. As from 26 FEBRUARY 2021 . I am in contact with Innovo - I had to remind Innovo of The 2015 Consumer rights act when they asked if I wanted to buy another pair of shorts and again when they offered the Generation 1 option. After I asked them not to ask me to buy any more of their devices and reminded them of my Statutory rights they conceded to offer me a replacement of a larger size. They have stated that my “cooling off” period has expired so I am not entitled to a discount and as the item is covered by the 2015 Consumer rights Act , I have disputed this. Time will tell if the new shorts work - so watch this space. I feel this company is quite happy to get money from the customer but not happy to offer any reimbursement when owed.

Hi I have ordered a set of pads from innovo on the first of January 2021 it’s now the 21 of February and still not received my pads. I have sent several emails and have gotten several excuses ranging from. It’s all brexit fault to the carrier the company use has lost the parcel I am so disappointed with the way I have been fobbed I will never order from this company again and now just want my money back. exceptionally poor quality lasted 5 days then started to cause electric shocks the shorts initially were to big which they swapped however after 4 days they became very loose and stretched despite only using for 4 days customer service leaves a lot to be desired tried to blame myself for getting the shocks as apparently im allergic to the shorts ??

First shorts were faulty so we're sent back. A new pair were sent(the sizing had been changed by the company during that tme.) Only had a short time of usage before having to stop due to major surgery and a nine month recovery(plus complications) The shorts have been properly stored during this time but on trying to use them again recently they are again faulty with the side sensors not working. Now out of warranty and only having had a few weeks use (six months is not long for a product like this) and unable to be fixed if faulty, now out of pocket and back to square one. It is a bit much to expect people to fork out £160 pounds for new shorts if they are faulty after warranty runs out. Very disappointed and back to square one. (And yes did contact customer service and went through the procedures to try and get them to work but there is clearly a fault).

Greatly disappointed. The product is quite painful and I only feel intense vibration in my buttocks and legs. I have severe muscle loss and prolapse. I've been using for over 2 weeks now. When you've dealt with severe inconvenience for over 20yrs you'll try anything. I do not recommend this product.

My wife was delighted to receive her Innovo pants and after reading the instructions and watching the video started her first session. proceeded by another four As recommended my wife had two days rest During the new session after 28 minutes the machine made a hissing sound went phhttt and the readout jumped to a warning triangle and 3/7. On setting up the machine and pants for the 7th session nothing would work other than an error showing a warning triangle & 3/7. On speaking to the helpline a very pleasant lady explained the shorts were not conecting properly to the skin. The question was raised how come it worked for five sessions and most of a sixth so how could that be the issue. Perhaps the pants or controller were faulty. Innovo refused to replace the same size pants as it's against company policy so a smaller size were sent. It was obvious they were far too small on arrival so another call was made where the agent refused to believe there was the possibilty of a fault in either the pants or controller as they were brand new. A bold statement to say the least. My wife asked if the product could be sent back and a replacement sent which was refused and told the only option was a refund as the product was unsuitable for her. On checking the controller there was found to be a discrepancy in the time used. 2hrs 58 mins and almost 6 sessions had been used whereas the controller states 5hrs 46mins and fifteen sessions used. So obviously not a brand new controller as stated. Was this sent back previously with a fault and then repaired and sent out again? It certainly was not new. I phoned myself for an address for return and again a nice lady asked why we were returning so I politely and calmly explained what had happened. She agreed to look into the possibilty of sending a replacement and promised to phone back later that day. As no phone call was forthcoming I called the following day and they were to find who I spoke to and call me back. Within half and hour an agent phoned and refused to speak to me and would only speak with my wife and told her to return the item as they were unable to help her further. Good PR Innovo you have a very unhappy customer and you bluntly refused to believe your product may be faulty and or send out a replacement. Three other people tried on the pants and no one could get them to work. Disgraceful behaviour from your company. Plus I have a very unhappy wife.

I used Innovo for 5 days and noticed a headache and backache develop at the same time. I suffer from Fibromyalgia flare ups and believe using Innovo has caused a flare up as after a weeks break I used the pants again last night (in a lower setting) and the back ache has returned. I think there should be a health warning on this .. I haven’t seen one. Not sure if I can carry on. Would be a complete waste of money if I stop now but the backache goes right up to my shoulders and into my head. I ache everywhere in fact. Tried paracetamol but didn’t touch the pain.
