First pair used 30 times and then always had issues with a single sensor. INNOVO replaced shorts. Amanda (Ireland) was a wonderful contact. New pair of shorts have worked 43 times with no issue. As for effectiveness of shorts; a little improvement. I have used the shorts a total of 73 times. The last 43 times was always used at level 90. Based on my results I would not recommend to others. I will continue to use because I have seen at least a little improvement and already have the shorts. If there was any alternative, I would try the alternative. I feel better knowing that I am trying something.

We usually recommend at least 12 weeks of treatment, with 5 treatment sessions a week for best results, but this can vary for different people for a number of reasons. I have only been using them for just over a week so unable to give an honest review for now. What I will say is the shorts are much easier to use than the sticky pads which were difficult to use.

I’m excited to try this fully. It’s very early days but so far I do not feel full pelvic contractions I have heard and read about so I’m worried about shorts size being correct. I suggest calling for clarification ‘before’ you purchase.

I’m having problems as the shorts have not been working. I contacted the customer service line and was taken through the troubleshooting process which identified a fault with the controller. I have been promised a complete replacement and was to be contacted today about the delivery and pick up arrangements but have not been contacted yet.

hi, i have just started to use my innovo i have just had my 5 treatment so still a newbie. the innovo arrived very quickly and so i was eager to use it, very easy to get started, the manual was very straight forward so no problem there. once my battery was fully charged i was off up them stairs. now i must warn you that they are made of a rubbery feeling material and you have to spray a liquid on to the terminals, now do not be too generous as when you pull them on they are cold, i mean really really cold and if you have sprayed too much, well its cold and it runs down your legs it is quite a cold horrible feeling brrrrr. very easy to connect and start, just turn up the vibrations till you are comfortable and that's it, wait 30 minutes till your cook and that it. Now my big big problem is that the sizing is NOT good, i am a size 6 so i ordered a 6/8 but its too big, i can get the vibration on my bum but i have to try to hold down 4 electron pads on the front which is not easy, so innovo why can you not do single size shorts, i am not the only person with this problem obviously and when you pay out over 200 pound you want it to fit so it can work. i am gonna try putting a pair of legging on next time, and yes i really really want this to work, so come on innovo sort the shorts. and at this time i can not tell if it works yet, but i like every one else is keeping my finger crossed.

We do have smaller shorts, size XS available, so if your current shorts aren't working for you we can arrange a size replacement. However please note that size XS is recommended for a UK size 2-4 and we normally recommended you opt for the larger size if you're between sizes, so this size may be too small. 5 days of wearing these and I'm on max strength and no longer leak when I walk, I can now also practice my pelvic floor squeeze when I drive its amazing. Day 6 they have fault code 6 constantly help
