Having read the reviews for Innovo I decided to try them. The first pair of shorts keeping cutting out and I only managed to get up to 50 which I don't think was strong enough for my weak bladder. I kept going for 10 weeks and to be honest didn't see a result. I contacted customer service. They were excellent. They told me to return the shorts and sent me a new pair. The new shorts seem much better. I'm only on my second week but I've managed to get up to 70. I will let you know after 12 weeks if they have worked for me.

Didn’t start till 26th December it feels better and I hope it gets better

After initial email to say parcel at Hermes and they would inform me when sending out to me. This didn't happen after 10 days found missed delivery card through door no contact info, card said would try next working day, 3 days later nothing. Phoned Innovo who informed me Hermes had returned parcel to them. Only had 1 missed delivery card supposed to be 3 attempts when out left neighbors numbers on door as safe place. Waited in every morning before going to work couldn't access tracking app on tablet and phone is basic, no tracking number provided. On the re posted invoice email today still no tracking number.

I first got the generation one Innovo and it worked really well, despite the fact that the wrap garment is a bit fiddly and replacing the gel pads is expensive. So when the shorts came out I decided to invest in them as it seemed they would be more convenient. Sadly, to my annoyance and disappointment, they don't work well for me at all. I get a severe shock from them on my right side which is unbearable and leaves a red welt, then constantly get error messages. It doesn't matter what I do - adjust them, add more spray - they are terrible. I've gone back to using the wrap garment and I have no problems. Wish I had saved my money.

I was sent a USED device so havd not used it so another week before i recieve another one hopfully not used!!

So first of all I had problems with the shorts. The first pair were too small. They got exchanged for the smaller size. Used them for about a week then I got a very very unpleasant electric shock on my buttocks. Shorts exchanged for the original garment - 2 leggings which I am currently using. They fit OK and work better than the shorts in terms of the electric contact - no spraying needed. Not sure if its working all that well as Ive only been going about a week. Certainly problem is not getting worse. My one complaint is that the removal of the pads is quite harsh- like the removal of 8 large sticky plasters so I never feel vey enthusiastic about doing the half hour session. And another 11 weeks to go. Cant complain about Customer Service though. THey are extremely helpful.

I would have liked to be able to rate Innovo higher but the whole experience so far has been stressful. Somehow the address captured on order was incomplete so delivery emails were contradictory and item didnt arrive as emailed. Customer Service tried their best to reorder and I had 2 due to arrive. One by DHL one by Hermes. I cancelled DHL. When I eventually received it the item was faulty on use. Customer Service have arranged collection by DHL of the shorts. Delivery replacement by Hermes! Yesterday Hermes delivered a whole new order, wrong size. Not the expected shorts only. I will have to ring Customer Service again Monday to arrange collection of this delivery and chase up replacement shorts delivery. We dont even know if its the electrodes on the shorts or the red cable. Wish I had never ordered them. A lot of money for a lot of hassle. They should stick with DHL only.

My Innova shorts worked perfectly for 5 days and I loved them, however it now beeps and shows the number 3 all the time. I made sure the skin has good contact, that the leads are properly clicked in and that the pads have sufficient spray on them. Tried everything and still get number 3 bleeping away at me. Customer services closed on Sunday and could not connect to the live chat so have not yet been able to get help. If I get them working again I’ll be very happy.
