Ray was very thorough and made me feel heard. His manner was very calm. He took the time to explain the whole return process to me.

Ray, was very good phone tech. He was clear and concise, patient and covered all the elements, and came to a hopefully successful conclusion.

The tec. was very helpful and explained what was wrong and how to improve by changing to the other innova so I would get better results with a better contact. thank you for such good service

The operative I spoke to was friendly and helpful, taking me through the troubleshooting process in easy stages. She made a real effort to fix the problem and offer a solution that I was happy with. We agreed a course of action and I felt that this company genuinely cares about resolving issues satisfactorily for its customers. I was pleased with the outcome of our conversation.

The product is excellent and the customer service exceptional. It took a few tries to get the correct size shorts, but Innovo was so helpful and responsive along the way. I notice a change but since my prolapse was pretty severe, it has taken a while to improve. Stick with it, this is a great product from a great company!
