Had a problem took a couple of different people through emails but all sorted. I agree customer service is v.good. With regards to the product, I am no on week 4 and I dont feel any tightening on my pelvic floor when using the device like i have read i should by now. I feel it all in my butt and im on programme 1. Also too early to say, not made a difference yet to my problem.

Fed Ex lost our shipment, poor follow up on Innovo's end at First until I got Erika involved. After Countless Hours on the Phone and a Red Label Re-shipment it was still late from Fed Ex, We are in day #2 trying the product out so too early to tell but Fed Ex should be def Fired as an Innovo Shipper. Worst service ever by Fed Ex.

This is going to be lengthy but completely honest. I bought the shorts July 2019 first pair too big changed for second pair and just kept getting errors - didn't feel a comfortable session for three months. In November they changed them for the leg wraps - Firstly way way way much better than the shorts - they have a tighter fit and a much better contact. Now to the programs - Program 1 I get up to between 85-95 and after nearly fourth months over 30 min sessions 4-5 times a week I am STILL leaking - Why ??? I have no idea - I use them stood up and can certainly feel the contractions but I am no where near dry - So my question to Innovo is how come - I'm doing it correctly, and I'm sure I'm at higher enough setting to get a result - If this is the best it is going to get then I have wasted my money which is such a shame because I expected to have a result from this. When I have needed customer services I cannot fault them for there promptness to help

It would be nice to know prior to purchasing the counter indications for use, like having an IUD! My Innovo got here on time. You speak with nice customer service representatives with almost no on hold time. But I cannot use my Innovo because I have an IUD. There are MANY more contraindications that prevent safe use of this device so CALL BEFORE YOU BUY! Sizing is off. I got short number 5, based on my measurements from the site. The sizes of the shorts do not coincide with conventional sizes. The thick elastic waist is very snug, but the rest of the shorts, with the electrodes don’t even touch my body. My way around that is a pair of normal bike shorts over the top of the Innovo shorts, so the electrodes make contact with my skin, and then should be able to function as described. I was very excited to get this product. Now I need to decide if I’m going to keep my IUD in place or try my over $400 pair of shorts that are basically the equivalent of an old school $30 “tens unit.” (Look up tens unit)

The product arrived on time as expected. Instructions were good and I have only used them for about 4 days. I keep getting error codes all the time 5 and 1 and sometimes 7. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or have the wrong size shorts as the legs are slightly loose. Other than that when they are working all seems good.

Since I have used it for less than JUST EIGHT WEEKS, I think, it is premature to give an opinion regarding its usefulness/utility.

I think this equipment is very expensive for what it is. I've been using it almost every day for a week and have felt absolutely no difference. Maybe it's too soon and my expectations are too high or I'm doing it wrong though I can't see how, but it feels that only the two pads on the buttocks out of the total of eight are making any kind of impact and this is at its fullest strength. I have since been advised that Programme 1 provides the full pelvic effect whereas Programme 2 does focus more on the buttock area. I will persevere however as, to be fair, I've only been using it for a week and it was far too expensive to cast aside, and hopefully I will feel the benefit as time goes on.
