The unit only worked once and then nothing but error messages on the controller. I have contacted customer service twice to get troubleshooting advice or to return it and no one has gotten back to me.

Communication is always difficult when companies choose overseas customer service. Sweet lady tried, but I am still having the same problem. I experience sharp pain, not contractions, even at the lower settings. I will be returning this. I feel it may still be a fit problem but perhaps there is not a short for me.

My same is Ofelia Albrecht, the wife of Steve Albrecht, who purchased Innovo for me. I'm returning my Innovo for the following reasons. At first, I was excited to receive this and use it. However, after a few times with the Innovo unit, I had a bad reaction to it. My husband who is an engineer helped me put it together, He helped me with the connections. I am 69 years old and couldn't take the tingling sensation that I get from Innovo. I was allegic to it the third time I used it. A lot of discomfort. At first, it was okay but the following few times, it was not bearable. On the third day, I had some bleeding. I had to increase the intensity on tmy4thday. It did not do its work. I got to tired after the 30-minute session. It felt that my tummy was uncomfortable. I felt the tingling was okay during the first time, but during the succesive times, it became unbearable. I would appreciate your speedy refund.

Awful service. I used my shorts approximately 8 times and then they started shocking me every time I tried to wear them and do a programme, no matter how much spray I used. I was even pausing the program I was trying to do to re-spray the pads but none of it helped. I contacted customer service and received a long email back telling me all about connection problems (which wasn't relevant at all) and asking questions, all of which I replied to. No response at all after that. It is a large amount of money to spend out anyway but to then be something you can't even use. I have since gone back to my Neurotrac Pelvitone, done a lot of research for customised programmes and have had great results with it. I would not recommend Innovo at all.

I had a lot of problems with this product at first, but Emma reached out to me and offered a replacement. That replacement is now on its way. Hopefully everything will be better in the future. I’m looking forward to posting my positive review in a few weeks.
