I had questions about fit and sizing- the representative responded quickly, was friendly and answered all my questions.

This product actually worked great for about 9 weeks. Then the connection cord became loose where it attaches to the controller. I can’t seem to get any info on how to get it fixed or a replacement. I still try and use it but I struggle to get it to work properly.

Found the getting started experience quite difficult as I tried 4 days before I found the main plug in wasn't clicking right in. I still only get a sensation in my buttocks not in the front where I thought would be but I am keeping fingers crossed that I do have success.

I have Reynard so it does not work as well or as easy . I think the product is good for the average user. My friends are very happy with product.

I sometimes pee when I sneeze, cough hard or laugh hard. I have made it through my 12 weeks and on my second week of maintenance. I have noticed I didnt leak last time I sneezed or coughed hard. Overall, I think I am benefiting from using the shorts. Spring time, allergy season, will be the true test. I have had to talk to customer service and they are very helpful, and friendly. Orders ship quick, so you don't wait long. I know the investment is big, but for me, not having to wears pads and keep extra underwear at work is a big benefit.

Fabulous concept that is easy to use and seems to be aiming at solving the problem. My only criticism is that, even though I used the sizing guide (97cm widest), the recommended size 5 is loose around my legs. However, the contacts all seem to be functioning so I am delighted and can’t wait to see the results in a few weeks!

Excellent purchase and order process. Took longer than expected to arrive. This was undoubtedly due to holidays and massive shipping.

Just received and began using so too soon to give a solid review. The shorts aren't exactly fitted so I'm concerned I may have bought too big. My first sessions have gone well.
