I've just completed 3 months using my INNOVO shorts. I had high hopes that this product would work for me, however, I can't say that it has. (However, I did miss about 2 weeks during the 3-month period while I was traveling.) I typically got the intensity up to somewhere between 85 and 105, which was about the highest I could tolerate it. However, even at that high intensity, although my but muscles were really contracting, I wasn't alway feeling that Kegel contraction. My shorts seemed to have stretched out some and fit a little looser since the beginning, so I don't know if that may have affected the way they worked. I think the concept is good and I will continue using the product to see if I get a better result given more time.

I have been using the system quite regularly, only missing a few days when out of town. Otherwise, almost daily. Easy to get into and hook up. I have noticed more glitches after several weeks of usage. Pants seem baggier and hard to smooth out for a snug fit. Losing contact more often on several points of contact. Most of the time, after "numerous" re-trys, it works. A couple of times I gave up for that day, frustrated. In all, the concept makes so much sense, I an using a high level of intensity, standing for best results, but even though I've been using since August, I haven't noticed any difference at all in my bladder control. Still, I invested so much money, I intend to keep at it.

Innovo shorts excellent idea if the shorts could stand the test of time. I have had three pairs now and never managed to complete the 12 weeks course. They keep breaking down and the pads are flashing all the time and I dare not move and have to hold my hand on the ones that are failing. Not had any issues getting new ones although it takes about 4 - 5 weeks to get replacements. The shorts need work as they seem to have issues. It is early days with my third pair, I am sure it is effective but I cannot tell until I have gone through the process. Fingers crossed these keep going.

I'm not saying this doesn't work. But, it is electronic shocks to force you to tighten the pelvic floor. It doesn't work over night I have had it for 2 weeks and still yet to notice a difference. However, I am patient and can update later upon request.

I ordered my Innovo however it did not work on programme one at all and not on all pads on programme two. It was dealt with quickly and I have a new pair on shorts to try today however I do feel that it should have worked first time

Received first Innovo starter pack 2 months ago. After a month there was a fair amount of improvement in incontinence although from the beginning the shorts were baggy on my thighs and seemed too big despite the correct size by the innovo measurement guide. After the first month I was getting errors and sometimes the sensations were very uncomfortable or the device didn’t work. Every time I phoned for advice I had helpful advisors but eventually it was suggested I try a smaller size. This was much better and the shorts less baggy and instantly improved the sessions as they are far more comfortable. I still have slight leakage but very hopeful that by week 12 this will be even better. My only criticism is that I think the measuring guide could be improved by including more than one measurement to ensure a better fit.

Too soon to tell

I purchased these back in May. Had problems with sizing- shorts were way too big even though I ordered the right size from the chart. Customer services were great and sent a smaller pair- they were still very baggy on my legs and have got looser as the weeks go by. I phoned and they reassured they would work ok and didn’t need to be skin tight. They are not tight like the advert shows. I wouldn’t say it relaxing to use these- like very strong pins n needles and sometimes verging on painful. Sadly I’ve had no improvement in leaks after 2 months use and now it feels like the shorts aren’t making good contact as they are now so baggy. Quite disappointed in the quality of these shorts considering the investment. The material is poor for them to be so stretched. I know many people have had success so good luck if you purchase a pair.
