Brilliant so glad I bought it after 4 weeks noticed improvement couldn't run a 100yrds without leaking but now I run 3-4miles and nothing. I'd been to physio done the exercises!! But that did not help a Lot of money to spend but monthly instalments are great worth every penny. The only thing on the actual leg wraps there's a slit & 2 holes that sit underneath your bum cheeks the holes have worn thin & won't be long before they break!!

Easy to use once you have correct position Comfortable and quick

I found Innovo excellent! It made a big difference. I was able to sleep through the night without waking for the toilet and also there isn't a sense of urgency like before.

Read the instruction booklet, watched the video several times and then jumped in. You get 2 pieces complete with gel pads that you put on the body so that it ends up looking like you're wearing a pair of shorts. Each of the pieces connects to a hand held controller. It's recommended that you use the therapy for 30 minutes 5 times a week for 12 weeks and then twice a week maintenance thereafter. My only difficulty has been in getting the pieces on in the correct position. There is a very good Facebook page to ask advice and also you can telephone them for help. I decided to do my therapy laying propped up on the bed with a cushion under my bent knees and have been ok with doing that until reaching the higher levels on the controller when I've chosen to stand up. You start at 30 on the scale and increase it until you can feel the tightening not just through the buttocks but between the legs too. Excellent diagrams that explain the area you're treating are in the instructions. As you increase the intensity it sometimes feels a little uncomfortable until you get used to that level. My life after child bearing consisted of always knowing where toilets were located on days out, a dread of having coughs, colds and sneezing as these always meant leaks! I often wore pads when out for the day as a just in case - and wouldn't dream of wearing light coloured trousers. Running and jumping were also a no-no and exercise classes became a nightmare - it got worse still during the menopause years too. I have now rejoined a zumba class, didn't dread the hay fever season at all this year and am not as toilet obsessed as I used to be. What a difference it has made to me. I'm not entirely leak free just yet but I still have 2 more weeks to go to reach the 12 weeks of the therapy so I'm very hopeful and will certainly carry on with the maintenance sessions.

This product is one of the best you can buy for looking after yourself, I noticed my pelvis floor stronger since two first weeks! So good, I will recommend it to my family and friends no doubt!

Best thing for pelvic floor really does do what it says highly recommended

I've tried everything to help my pelvic floor (straight exercises, mechanical exercisers, probe type electrical devices) and I found them all of limited efficacy and a right pain to do / use. The Innovo system represented quite an investment but as I'm approaching the menopause I'm aware that things would very soon get much worse if I were to just ignore the state of my pelvic floor. It was well worth that investment - it's not an awful chore and it has definitely improved my condition. I'm very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone who's similarly had limited success with other means
