The shorts arrived very quickly and after a initial learning curve we are off to a good start.As I have only been using them for two weeks it is too early to comment on effectiveness but I have high hopes .They are easy to use and the instructions were clear as we're the trouble shooting pages.The one thing I would like to see is advice on the optimum levels to set ,I know it says the minimum but what would be beneficial.So far a good experience

The product is fine and works. The only problem I have is frequent intermittent faults, causing equipment to work inconsistenly. I've worked with Innovo and they are a great group to work with. The shorts will fit people differently due to the fact not every woman is built the same. That would by nature be evident in any like product. I've learned to work around this by changing positions or putting an ace bandage around the lower leg where contact is lost. I do recommend Innovo. It does work!

I bought these shorts in august 2020 barely used them as I could never find 30 mins or was just to tired to use them. so with with very minimal use I decided to give them another try but after a few days they developed a fault. error message appeared on screen and very painful tingling sensation in my leg called customer service only to be told maybe try a smaller pair of shorts but the shorts I have fit perfect was then told shorts only have 6 months warranty these shorts have hardly been out the box I was offered replacement for £160. I cannot believe that you do not take responsibility for faulty products this is possibly the worst customer service and value for money I have ever received thank you. A week after contacting innovo I have I received an offer of Replacement shorts free of charge They arrived very quickly and I am very happy with outcome Thank you

Delivery quick customer service brilliant.I purchased my Innovo shorts a couple of weeks ago after years of leakage gradually getting worse I used the shorts for 5 days 30 minutes a day and I really noticed a difference even in that short time but unfortunately I came up in a rash from I’m assuming the spray.I spoke to customer services and there replacing the shorts with the individual leg with the gel pads so fingers crossed soon I can carry on with program.

True to your word. Innovo really works. After the first treatment I noticed a difference. A big difference in my ability to hold my urine and not pee my pants before I can get to a bathroom. Thank you for providing a nonsurgical answer that really works. So much better than a mesh lift or laser ablation. My only complaint is the legs are too loose for me. The rest of my Innova pants fit great. Sometimes it can be frustrating because a good connection can't be made because of the looseness. Thank you again Innova for giving me my life back!

The ordering and prompt delivery of my Innovo starter kit was impressive. Having used the kit for one week now, my initial impressions are good and I do feel confident that in time the shorts will produce positive results. In fact after just one week’s use I am finding a slight improvement already. So I am looking forward with much enthusiasm to using the shorts and reaping improvements from my leakage problems.

Was having trouble with shorts. Initially spoke to advisor who suggested some ideas. These did not work, so spoke to advisor again. Advised to buy new shorts. Slightly cross that I had bought these and then not used them for a few months, and then they had run out of their warranty. After all once they have been used for the initial 3 months you then are advised to carry on using them for the future a couple of times a week. Feel they should last longer before developing a fault. However they did give me a discount code, and always very helpful on phone.

The only fault was the fact that my order could not be delivered first time so the second time I redirected it to my neighbour. In fact it would have gone through the letter box, so what was that all about?
