I measured twice and ordered the size indicated by the size guide. I broke the tags off before putting them on, trusting I was getting the correct size. Once the tags are broken you can’t return them. The shorts are supposed to be tight like biking shorts. Mine are very BIG. They are loose on my thighs and on the front side of the upper pelvic portion so I’m not sure I’m getting the benefit I should be from using them. For $450 I would expect the size guide to be correct.

The parcel came and I opened it tried on the shorts they fitted but were loose on the legs I did not know if this mattered as did not state that in the booklet they work well enough but sometimes the pads jump off my legs when working I am sticking with it and seemes ok except for that problem

I did not realise that you needed to spray the pants so much! You then have to pull them up your legs to where they need to be wet and cold from spray My Controller keeps bleeping flashing various symbols and eventually I get through the 30 minute session! Maybe I am doing something wrong as other Reviews don’t mention this

So I think it's too early to tell, as there is no difference so far but only been using for 4 days and I'm upping the anti to a high pulse. One thing is for sure it does exercise the muscles. Would be happy to review again in a few weeks.

I’ve had my pants for about 2 months now. In the beginning I was very hopeful for the outcome however, two months in and I am not so sure that I have noticed any improvement. I mainly suffer from urge incontinance so I am following the program’s 1 and 2 doing each on alternative days. As I am two thirds through the programme I will just have to see what the end results are. At this stage I am now not so sure that I would recommend buying the pants.

It arrived as stated and I have read the info several times, however I have not used it yet. It's very tight across the midsection but very loose across the buttocks which is where the action is supposed to be. I am still trying to decide if I should try it or send it back. The loose area where the line crosses the buttock concerns me. Not sure of a good connection or result.

Delivery excellent, first week no issues thought wow, this will work. Second week different story! Kept getting faults On different pads, would fix, another pad would fault, etc etc tried spraying more spray, no difference! Finally get it working and it feels unbearable, got to no 20 tonight and while pulsing I had to switch the machine off, was soo itchy and felt as though it was sending electricity through my legs! Have emailed customer services, hopefully this can be resolved!

Also had high hopes for the Innovo being effective and to some extent, 7 weeks in, things are improving . However on reading some of the recent reviews I’m relieved to see I’m not the only one who has been having problems with the innovo. Some days it works well and I can get through a session with no interruptions but on others the session is constantly interrupted by error messages ( usually no 3 pad). I’ve tried varying my position - finding that standing is usually best, bit it’s tiresome standing in one position for 30mins. When using the reclining position the problems with error messages seem to be worse - and the sensations can actually be very painful even if on low - and are like sharp electric shocks which make me jump and which really hurt - and I end up feeling very stressed. I’ve nearly used a bottle of the electrode solution spray already- so wouldn’t think the problem is because the pads aren’t making contact with my skin.
