The company provides guidance to measure and select the size of the short but it's completely inaccurate. The shorts are huge on me even though I measured very carefully according to their website instructions. I contacted customer service and they said I probably lost or gained weight!!!! That they see that happen all the time like it was my fault that the shorts didn't fit. Horrifying customer service that will tell you about "policies" and not help you at all. This was definitely a waste of money and a waste of time.

This product is too expensive and doesn’t do what is said I been using it for 8 months really no difference at all. Not worth is just a ripoff I feel disappointed.

I have been asked to review this when I am still waiting for it to arrive - it has been a few weeks now

Shorts only last one month then stretch out and short out. Replacement shorts are $150.00. Don't buy until shorts are redesigned and last longer.

bonjour 2éme kit que je commande le 1er ne fonctionnent plus au bout d un mois? le 2ème kit commandé une taille en dessous pour améliorer le contact des électrodes au bout d une quinzaine d utilisation appareil fonctionne mal sans arrêt problème de contact électrode vraiment pas fiable...

My mother has a pair of these that developed a fault and no longer work, she bought them "new" on ebay so we knew that she couldn't use the warranty but were happy to pay for the repair or the new shorts or control box just to get them working but we got no help. If they're not bought direct or from amazon they wont help, they couldn't tell me what the error code meant but did offer to sell me a pair of shorts that i may or may not need, that i couldn't return if they didn't solve the problem. They also didn't recommend getting them repaired anywhere else. They might as well have said throw them in the bin! I think seeing as they will repair shorts within warranty they could offer the service for a fee, it's not asking much. Shame they've not heard of the right to repair bill

I’ve been using the innovo faithfully since August 4. These last 2 days it has begun to shock me very badly on my right hip. It really hurts, and I’m afraid to keep using it. May I get a refund? this product is just not right. Marcia Hamilton

After reading the reviews and having a very long discussion with Innovo I purchased the system. I suffer from urge incontinence so I was told to use program 2. After 4 weeks there was no change , I was told to continue, again at 8 weeks I contacted customer services to say no change .. I was told to complete the course which I did. After the 12 weeks there was no change what so ever so was encouraged to try program 1. On completing no change. On contacting the company again and asking for some sort of refund I was told I was too late as purchased too long ago. I was never offered a refund when I contacted the company at 4,8 and 13 weeks so extremely upset by this response . I didn’t expect a full refund but something towards the cost as this is not cheap !!!
