I never leave a bad review, but here goes. Without a doubt the MOST frustrating thing I have ever bought. 3 pairs of short, two lots of garments, works intermittently, shod error code 6 every time, yet it always works like a dream for programme no2….. not the programme I need. Waste of time and money…. Maybe I got a bad unit? When I’ve made it work for a few days in a row, I feel the benefits, but today is a day that I’ve tried for over 30 minutes, so have given up. Nice customer service but bad product.

I have wasted £260.. after a year of religiously following the programme it's not made any difference whatsoever. Customer service friendly but as they only offer a 30 day back refund/warranty which only checks for faults, this doesn't give enough time to see the results. Honestly I feel totally stupid spending this money on something that hasn't worked.

I'm very disappointed! I was not able to finish the 12 weeks as at week 6 I developed blisters (above the anus area) & had to stop using. At this point I had not seen any change in leaks, etc. I contacted Innovo via chat & was sent an medical form via e mail but it had already been filled in by someone else. I replied to that and have not heard from them since 4/8/22. Very disappointed.

I have now persevered with the Innovo garment for over a year and I am sad to say I am extremely disappointed. I use it regularly first thing in the morning and run it at 70, which if the highest I can tolerate for the full programme. I alternate between programme 1 and 2. Not only is it a very uncomfortable experience but for me, there is absolutely no improvement and in fact the leaking is worse than ever. I am always very reluctant to write a poor review but this is well considered and I fear other people may waste a lot of money. Sorry!

Could not recommend. Kept breaking down and needing to be returned. Nevertheless used 5 times a week for 16 weeks, but no improvement whatsoever

Service client déplorable. Suite à l’achat du dernier short de la marque à 400€ Défectueux après un achat d’une semaine, le service client me propose un échange contre un modèle bien ancien que je possède déjà. 3 eme achat chez eux et je le regrette sincèrement car leur intérêt est uniquement de pas perdre de l’argent et non le bien être de leur client. La seule et unique réponse qu’il me renvoie en boucle à mes messages qu’il ne prenne même pas la peine de lire est que le produit ne me convient pas alors on ne me le remplacera pas mais uniquement un échange avec un short bas de gamme ! Une honte !!!!! Je me sens totalement arnaquée alors que le site propose une garantie de 6 mois.

Customer service was great but my issue with the unit was not resolved. I have received two replacement shorts and still I get very sharp shocks on my side. So severe that I stopped using it and gave up. I just saw your commercial and it reminded me that this was a complete waste of money. I really had high hopes but I am not one of the lucky ones that was helped.

They replaced the first pair of shorts for a smaller pair and again, just after a few weeks they are not working AGAIN!! So frustrating!!
