Really pleased with my experience of Innovo so far. Dealing with the very professional customer care team has been a pleasure. They have been attentive to my needs in a caring and patient manner. Limited use and early days for the shorts, so I will review the efficacy of the product a little further down the line. So far, so good.

I wasn’t sure if I was using it correctly. Turns out I had it too high for a beginner, 90! It was really uncomfortable. Apparently I should be on 50, whoops. I’m going to try again
Response from INNOVOAug 12, 2019
Dear Glen, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Yes as a beginner you should increase the level of intensity gradually, this gives you time to become accustomed to the sensation. With time, you should find that you are better able to tolerate higher intensities and you can start building up to the recommended level. It is important to experience a pelvic floor contraction to benefit from the therapy. You should aim to use INNOVO at the strongest intensity you can comfortably tolerate. You can find more information on this in your INNOVO Instruction Manual or on our website, but please let us know if you have any further questions or if we can help with anything else. Kind regards, Therese
