I have only had this for a few days so have only used it twice, a bit early to say but i definately noticed my muscles being worked, could definately feel it. I put it up to full power almost straight away, it was fine and you get a kind of release after about 14 seconds when everything relaxes. The hardest part was standing up and relatively still for 30 mins with a back problem that wasnt so easy so i think i will start to lie in the sitting down position with legs up i can then read or whatever whilst the treatment is happening.

Hi Jacqui, Thank you for your review, we love hearing from our customers, and we are really glad that you are getting on so well with your INNOVO already. If you are finding it difficult to stand for the full 30 minutes, I would recommend that you could try the other two lying / sitting positions explained on your Quick Start guide and the Instruction Manual, or alternatively you could split up the 30 minute session by doing 2 x 15 minute sessions or 3 x 10 minute sessions. Please let us know if you need any help or if you would like some further information. Kind regards, Therese
