I started off with the small size shorts which helped initially but they were too large on my thighs and I kept getting contact warning signals from the controller and nothing seemed to help. When I phoned for advice the agent said that I would probably get a better fit from the Generation One garments which wrap closely around the buttocks and thighs and she promptly arranged a replacement for me - together with pre-paid return labels for the shorts. The two piece garments are fantastic, easy to put on and get a perfect comfortable fit with no warnings (as yet) from the controller. They have improved my treatment to the extent that I never thought possible. No daily pads and NO INCONTINENCE! I have not yet fully completed the 12 week programe but will be sure to continue to maintain my progress First Class Customer Care from all Innovo Agents. Many thanks Jean M
