This is really easy to use. I have only been using a few days, so very new, can't give you any result information. I thought about getting these shorts for quite a while, wish I had orded them sooner.

EDIT... This is now my 4th week using this! I have stuck to the 5 daily half hour sessions religiously & it’s really working for me!! I wait til the kids are in bed & I do my 30mins Mon- Fri (weekend off!!) I think I will need to order a new bottle of spray for the pads - I’m half way through the bottle! No point sparing the spray as I discovered the hard way that you will get a shock or tingly sensation on your leg or thigh if you don’t use enough spray! I can’t believe how good I feel! I even wore high heels 👠 recently and I had to stand for a long period of time at the event. I didn’t have that awful falling sensation in my pelvic region which always happened to me after wearing heels for a few hours! (I suffered from pelvic prolapse) In fact, now that I think of it, I hadn’t even felt like wearing heels in so long so that’s another positive!! I feel feminine again!!! Another huge improvement that I have noticed is that I don’t wake in the mornings with the urge to rush to the toilet first thing, sometimes barely making it there in time! The previous heaviness in my legs at the end of a busy day has also improved! I can laugh & cough without that falling sensation I discussed before! So far so good - four weeks, five times a day for 30mins & I’m already seeing the benefits! I’m so glad I invested in these shorts & I fully intend to keep it up for the next 8 weeks & whatever it takes after that to maintain a healthy pelvic floor! ————————— Excellent service! Heard about this product on the local radio, they have won major awards recently I believe. I contacted them immediately by email before I bought to find out if this product would suit me. I received a very informative email (not a generic reply), which addressed all the questions I had! ( It is expensive if it doesn’t work but I would pay double the price if it did I reasoned to myself! ) Well only 2 days using it & I swear I can feel an improvement already! That uncomfortable feeling/sensation of something moving /falling when I cough or laugh has almost gone already!!! Was easy to set up. Monitor is easy to use, instructions/diagrams are very simple to understand. My only disappointment is that I feel the pants are too big! I’m certain I measured myself correctly! My advice is if in doubt choose the smaller size! One more thing - I thought I would b able to walk around etc. whilst wearing the pants - you can’t according to instructions! Be prepared to allocate half an hour in the same position - I watch some tv while the pants does the hard work for me!
