Had a problem with this product but within a week had received a new pair of shorts, despite it being a year an a half since being purchased. Brilliant service.

Initialy i had problems with my product, -Innovo were excellent ,nothing was a problem -changing the garment (pants) twice to obtain a better fit -when this was,nt successful ,they replaced the whole product for the ,-- dual wrap garment generation 1 version.- I cannot praise the patience and understanding of the agents (especially "Elen" ) who diligently solved the problem by their willingless to listen to my complaints I would recommend "Innovo" to anyone seeking to solve their incontinence problems

Finding the product very helpful. One problem is that it keeps cutting out and showing fault if I move around
Response from INNOVOJan 10, 2020
Hi Larry, Many thanks for your feedback and glad that you are finding INNOVO helpful so far. We recommend that you remain in your preferred use position while using INNOVO, as moving around is likely to cause a contact issue between the shorts and your skin, which causes the error message that you have been experiencing. If you have any questions about your INNOVO, you can contact our Customer Care Team on 0800 028 5687 or through [email protected]. Danny
