Had trouble placing the order using the 3 month interest free option as my card was due to expire in 2 months. Kept saying try a new card but wouldn't allow me to proceed. Eventually I paid in full to make the purchase. Received message late on the day the parcel was being delivered, but had already gone out for the day and missed it. Had to wait another 3 days to receive it. Now its here, easy to use, great startup instructions and book. Hopefully 1 week in, it is going to help and I will start to see improvement after 4 weeks. Fingers crossed. Definitely finding an improvement for me. I feel more confident and a little more in control. Still keeping with the programme, just hard to find a routine for my 30 mins.

Just getting used to it and turning up the power. It is slightly unpleasant, but so is incontinence. After a week, not a bother anymore.

I believe the Innovo is doing what it's supposed to do, however, there is frequently a problem with an electrode losing contact with the skin, particularly Zone 6,7, and 2. I must stand perfect still and sometimes have to re-spray the area. A bit annoying.

Only disappointment was not shipping to Canada. We were able to work around that but it delayed delivery by weeks.

When dealing with customers' requests or questions, the INNOVO customer service is very reactive, quick and supportive. My emails were handled promptly and to my entire satisfaction. As a customer, you feel that you are taking seriously.

It would be helpful to know when it is due to arrive

I'm only in my second week, so I feel it is too early to give a review. I believe that it is making a difference for the better and I will continue the treatments for the 12 weeks suggested.

I have for only a week and all seems well too far!
