Well, I had a question about the fit for the pants and still haven't gotten any response. The dotted lines were 3 inches "too high", ordering a smaller size would have put the lines higher and a larger size I believe would have been too loose around- it was a vertical question. So after a week without any help, my husband told me to go ahead and break the "no return" seals and try them. I can feel the actions as described and can tolerate level 63 with a size 6, but after 6 treatments I'm experiencing even more leaking issues than before I ordered it. Crazy! The instructions say 12 weeks of treatment, but I'm sure if I'll make it that long.

My shorts are very “glitchy”. Some days, no issues, some days I get frustrated because the “alerts” constantly go off and, no matter what I do, I can’t get 30 minutes in. I think it would help my problem, but I just can’t get enough consistency going to see real results.

This device hasn’t worked for me unfortunately, the shorts stopped working after a while and innovo replaced them, so I started again and now I’ve got a few weeks to go but no sign of being dry, I will keep this going until Christmas and see how I get on, thanks to innovo for replacing the shorts for me!

Shorts stopped working after two weeks but couldn’t get a new pair as I had them for ten months before I used them . Only a 6 month warranty on the shorts . So I sent back new spray I’d bought as It was no longer needed and had to pay £5 postage which is non refundable , they asked for it to be tracked but I wasn’t paying the £8 for that ....Still waiting for the spray refund . They gave me new pads I requested in good faith for the old innovo I’d had for a few years, but due to body shape changes they are too big now and I cannot use them without them causing a really bad irritated bladder, which I will add the shorts didn’t even cause. So I have had to stop using those now. Very Unhappy customer.

I received the first pair of shorts. Within the first two weeks, had to work with customer service to obtain a new pair. I was getting shocked due to a small pinhole in the vinyl. Customer service was great, replaced quickly, no problem. They thought the issue was shorts were too small, sent me a bigger pair. Within 2 weeks of having the replacement pair, the sharp shocks started again. I was super careful with the second pair. Not to stretch them, not to pull on them in anyway For this money, I'm completely frustrated and done. I didn't call customer service, and honestly don't want another pair. I consider it a lesson learned. I'm super bummed about this because I was starting to see improvement! But the quality of what you're paying for should hold up for longer than 2 weeks.

I was really looking forward to seeing an improvement. The pants started off working well and now (after 2 weeks) they are giving me a shock in my right buttock. It is so painful, I have to very quickly unplug them. I have sent the customer service team a message so hopefully they will get back to me and help me. Has anyone else experienced this?

On the 4th of August I ordered two addition Innovo sprays before I was due to run out. I am still waiting to receive my order, the delay has interrupted the fifth week of using Innovo which will probably result in me having to go back to square one. After receiving my innovo shorts promptly after placing original order I assumed re ordering of sprays would be equally efficient? I am not happy.

A mixed review from me. When the shorts work, I find them helpful. Problems started after the 12 week programme when I began to use them just a couple of times per week. I can feel an improvement compared to where is started, but unfortunately my leak problems are far from “fixed”. Not only that, I am now on my third faulty pair of shorts. The first two I ended up returning and being sent a replacement. The third, I am told is beyond the 6 month warranty. When the third pair stopped working, and we were into pandemic times I had more important things to consider than when the warranty on my shorts expired, working 5 days at home with 2 kids to school and take care of, I figured I would call customer help once I had a bit more time. I’m not doing anything else in the shorts other than wearing them to run the programme, and storing as instructed. So, good product for 12 weeks, then it breaks. (Consistent experience over 3 sets of shorts!) Not great overall.
